What is a Notary Public?
A Notary Public is a public officer who serves as an impartial witness to the signing and acknowledgment of signatures on documents. A Notary Public may also administer oaths and affirmations. A duly appointed Texas Notary Public is authorized to perform notary services throughout the State of Texas. A notary public is a ministerial officer and is not authorized to draft or prepare legal documents unless the notary is also an attorney at law.Document Handling
KDOVE can accommodate your loan signings, no matter how your documents are delivered:
Overnight Delivery of Documents: This choice of delivery methods enables you to send your overnight documents directly to our notary or to your borrower.
E-mail Delivery of Documents: Your documents can be sent to KDOVE where our signing agents can electronically
retrieve the documents through our secured server. Your critical borrower information
is protected at all times.
Our Notary Public Fees are $6.00 for the first acknowledgment stamp and $1.00 for each additional stamp required.
We accept Cash or Check payments only.
Individuals requiring personal mobile notary services are charged a travel fee plus $2.50 per signature notarized. The travel fee for document notarization is usually $45 in the area in and around Houston, TX. Further away from Houston, the travel fee is based on the distance to be traveled. I also provide discounted travel fees to senior citizens. Nominal fees may apply for documents faxed or emailed to our office for printing and delivery as well as other services as requires.
